Abandoned Vehicle Auction

Rules:

**CASH ONLY**

* Must be at least 18 years old to bid *

  • Valid photo I.D. is required.
  • Vehicles won at auction must be paid for directly after the auction ends. * If the vehicle is not paid for it will be sold to the second highest bidder*
  • Vehicles must be picked up by Friday at 5pm.
  • Paperwork will be ready at time of payment.
  • Vehicles are sold as is and no refunds will be given. We do not guarantee that cars will run. All belongings in the vehicle must go with the vehicle.
  • Failure to comply to auction rules will result in being banned from future auctions.


AVR REISSUING IS AVAILABLE ON LOST AVR'S FOR A FEE OF $35.00 PER AVR AND MAY TAKE TWO WEEKS TO REPRINT


*As a reminder, the registered owner of the vehicles have the right to pick up their vehicle until 10:59am on auction day*

Lists reflect the vehicles that are eligible for the auction and may be pulled for any reason up until auction time.
